There are some restaurants for vegan in Ishigaki.
Macrobiotics cafe “Poco a poco”
The lunch for vegan (without egg, fish, meat, dairy products）
There are a manu for vegan.
But you need to make reservation by the day before you visit.
The restaurant has an adjoining natural food store which is open on monday to saturday(11:00～23:00）.

They have some macrobiotic lunch plates.
